AIR PERMITTING PROGRAM FOR PRODUCTION COATERS
To comply with air permit requirements and produce annual emissions reports, coaters must maintain extensive recordkeeping for coatings and solvents used at their facility. Inputting daily usage is time-consuming and often, a consultant is still needed to complete the air emissions report. Delta Coatings, and Scientific Control, an A2LA Certified Laboratory, have developed the Air Program to simplify this process. The Air program is an advanced data management tool that immediately reduces the work and compliance costs associated with air permitting. Delta/Scientific Controls sets up the program on our mainframe, using your air permit and coating/solvent MSDS. Once set-up is complete, your designated personnel will fax or e-mail us, on standard forms, the daily coating and solvent usage. The program does the rest. The Air Program provides daily, weekly, monthly or annual VOM and HAP emissions summaries, and can detail the percentage of emissions generated by each system or operation.
