DELTA COATINGS CORPORATION Delta Coatings Acquires Federated Paint and Midwest Lacquer. Acquisition In-line With Strategic Plan To Position Company for Growth and Deliver Innovative Products. With the addition of Federated Paint and Midwest Lacquer's manufacturing sites, Delta Coatings will increase its overall manufacturing facility by an additional 48,000 square feet. "More importantly, we've inherited a great deal of expertise from our new employees. The acquisition significantly expands Delta Coatings' product line and augments its R & D and product introduction capabilities.
